Speckle Park Cattle

We are a small operation of 2 people who have left our jobs in the city to seek a better lifestyle.
We decided to try breeding Speckle Park Beef through Artificial Insemination.
We also grow out young steers for market. Often these steers are owned by our friends and family who don't live on a farm. We give them an opportunity to have an interest in the beef industry.
As we are in the centre of Dairy Country, we also offer the local farmers agistment.
We pay special attention to animal welfare. It is important to know the beef we serve at our table has had a happy healthy life.
We own 65 hectares of which we are slowly turning into regenerative type farming, using less chemicals now, and planning for none in the longterm future.
We have a small number of chickens  who's eggs are sold roadside.
